The company is affiliated to Shandong Huiyang Group, which is an enterprise in marine industry, engaged in deep-sea fishing, food deep processing, shipbuilding and ship repairs.

It was founded in June 1990, the parent company, Penglai Jinglu Fishery Co., Ltd. is a national key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization.

Jinglu fishery's own ocean fishing fleet work on deep-sea fishing for saury and tuna in the Pacific Ocean and squid in the Southwest Atlantic Ocean.

Huiyang Foodstuff is a high-tech enterprise and the first batch of high-quality development bases for international trade. The company covers an area of 240,000 square meters, with more than 10 modern food processing workshops, and annual processing capacity of more than 60,000 tons, cold storage capacity of 240,000 cubic meters, with a public bonded warehouse.

The products mainly include hundreds of varieties of quick-frozen aquatic products, quick-frozen prepared food, quick-frozen food made of wheat flour and rice, canned aquatic products, and others.

The company has established a complete food safety management system, passed ISO9001, HACCP, BRC, IFS, MSC, ASC, ISO14001, ISO45001 and other system certifications, and also obtained the EU, South Korea and other aquatic processing plant registration.

The testing center of the company are well equipped, and was approved by CNAS Laboratory in 2008. At present, the company's products are sold in more than 30 domestic provinces and cities and exported to Japan, South Korea, Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia and other more than 10 countries, and the company has established long-term partner relationship with a number of large fast food chain companies and well-known foreign aquatic enterprises.

Penglai Zhongbai Jinglu Shipbuilding Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Huiyang Group, was established in 2006. It is a modern ship building and maintenance company. The technique of the 77m saury and squid fishing ship independently developed and built has reached the international advanced level, and provided a strong support for the group's ocean fishing fleet.
